Job Description

  • Direct live event programming as assigned
  • Oversee the production and presentation of all Philadelphia Phillies home and road games
  • Responsible for overseeing the creative execution of assigned shows/projects in conjunction with game producer
  • Work with show producer to manage production teams in the daily planning and execution of all assigned programs and projects.

Qualifications

 

  • Must be willing to submit a background investigation
  • 7 years related experience with a minimum of 3-5 years experience directing multi-cam, live event programming in both the control room and remote production environments.
  • Ability to lead a team of camera operators and event production staff.
  • Basic understanding of remote production trucks and their workflows
  • Sports production background preferred, experience with baseball production preferred.
  • Must be able to maneuver small spaces 
  • Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, PA & surrounding areas.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license for authorized diving in the State of residence.
