Job Description

Direct live event programming as assigned
Oversee the production and presentation of all Philadelphia Phillies home and road games
Responsible for overseeing the creative execution of assigned shows/projects in conjunction with game producer
Work with show producer to manage production teams in the daily planning and execution of all assigned programs and projects.

Qualifications

Must be willing to submit a background investigation
7 years related experience with a minimum of 3-5 years experience directing multi-cam, live event programming in both the control room and remote production environments.
Ability to lead a team of camera operators and event production staff.
Basic understanding of remote production trucks and their workflows
Sports production background preferred, experience with baseball production preferred.
Must be able to maneuver small spaces
Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, PA & surrounding areas.
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license for authorized diving in the State of residence.
