We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Basis Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The SAP Basis Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP landscapes, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of SAP systems. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver comprehensive and scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and deployment of SAP solutions across multiple environments (Development, Test, Production).
• Define, plan, and implement SAP Basis strategies for landscape management, including SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP modules.
• Manage and optimize SAP systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee SAP upgrades, patches, migrations, and other system maintenance activities.
• Provide guidance and best practices for SAP Basis installations, configurations, and tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for SAP systems.
• Lead the technical troubleshooting of complex issues related to SAP systems and databases.
• Design and implement SAP transports, including customizing and managing transports in different environments.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization of SAP systems.
• Develop and enforce SAP security and compliance standards, including role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Act as the point of contact for all SAP Basis-related matters, including providing expert advice and resolving escalations.

• Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on system architecture and design.
• Proven experience in SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP system architecture, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Fiori.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Landscape Management (LaMa), and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Strong expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and high availability configurations.
• Strong understanding of SAP security and compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in SAP transport management and landscape configuration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for SAP deployment and migrations.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.
• SAP certification in SAP Basis or related areas.
• Experience with SAP DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
