  • Sviluppo di strategie di coinvolgimento: Implementare strategie per interagire con la comunità, sia online che offline, al fine di costruire relazioni durature;

  • Pianificazione degli eventi: Ideare e sviluppare concept di eventi in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali, pianificando ogni dettaglio, inclusi budget, tempistiche, logistica, location, catering, intrattenimento e personale;

  • Gestione del budget: Elaborare e gestire il budget per gli eventi, monitorando i costi ed ottimizzando le risorse e massimizzando il ritorno sugli investimenti;

  • Coordinamento e negoziazione con fornitori: Selezionare, negoziare e coordinare con fornitori di servizi ( location, fornitori di attrezzature audio e video, catering, personale di sicurezza, servizi di pulizia e intrattenimento); 

  • Gestione delle attività promozionali: Collaborare con il team di comunicazione per promuovere eventi attraverso vari canali;

  • Supervisione sul campo: Gestire tutte le operazioni durante l'evento, coordinando il personale, i fornitori e gli ospiti per garantire il successo dell'evento;

  • Post-Event reporting: Preparare report post-evento, analizzando le performance, il ritorno sugli investimenti e l'engagement dei partecipanti.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

  • Laurea in Comunicazione, Relazioni Pubbliche, Marketing o simili;

  • Esperienza di almeno 4-6 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende nel settore digital;

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;

  • Ampia conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1/C2);

  • Eccellenti capacità di gestione del tempo, organizzazione e gestione del progetto, con attenzione ai dettagli;

  • Abilità di networking e di costruzione di relazioni.
