Corporate Travel Agent

Job Title: Corporate Travel Agent - Bilingual KoreanWe are seeking a Hospitality or Customer Service professional bilingual in Korean and English to join our team.Compensation:• $20-$22 per hourResponsibilities:• Make reservations, modify, or cancel (hotel, car, shuttle)• Meet and greet travelers to distribute hotel keys, rental car keys, and check head count• Negotiate with vendors• Intake of VOC, requests, comments, and reflect them to improve service• Provide general customer service• Drive to Kokomo office to report status, intake, and resolve VOCs and visit vendors• Collection and maintain documents and assist in month-end closing• Perform other related duties as assignedRequirements:• English and Korean bilingual strongly preferred (all clients are Korean speaking)• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as required for optimum customer satisfaction• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and other team members• Ability to make decisions based on information available• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions within specified time frames• Possession of intermediate to advanced MS Office and general computer skills• Experience in hospitality industry or customer service industry is preferred• Valid driver's license• Willing to train
