CRM Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all product development meetings related to CRM tools, campaigns, bonus systems, or customer communication features.
  • Represent CRM team needs, logic, and priorities in cross-functional discussions.
  • Maintain Jira tasks: update descriptions, statuses, and deadlines.
  • Track and follow up on development progress; flag blockers or delays.
  • Set and assign QA testing tasks for CRM Executive team when needed.
  • Reports to CRM Executing Team Lead.
  • Ensure all tasks are properly described, prioritized, and aligned with CRM logic.
  • Create and maintain PRD (Product Requirements Documents) and technical overviews.
  • Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements for developers and designers.
  • Create documentation and ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Validate bonus functionality, player segmentation, offer triggering, and campaign logic.
  • Follow up on any bugs and reassign as needed.
  • Inform CRM team about upcoming changes, system releases and feature launches.
  • Create clear and concise user manuals, internal guides, and how-tos for CRM teams.
  • Be the go-to person for any questions related to bonus engine logic, system behavior, and feature priorities.
  • Experience in CRM, product coordination, or technical operations role.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar project management/documentation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Optimove, FastTrack, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of bonus systems, player segmentation, and customer lifecycle communication.
  • Ability to write and maintain PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and internal manuals.
  • Comfortable participating in cross-functional meetings with Product, Design, Tech, and CRM teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
  • Detail-focused, process-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to understand and explain basic system logic to non-technical teammates.
  • Skilled at documenting and presenting product features and logic to internal teams.

  • Able to identify blockers, escalate issues, and follow up on testing, bug resolution, and feature releases.
