À propos du rôle

Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet senior, axé(e) sur les relations clients, pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance et gérer simultanément plusieurs relations clients existantes. Ce rôle implique, sans s'y limiter, la supervision du cycle de vie du développement logiciel, la gestion de projets techniques et la gestion des demandes des clients concernant les améliorations et les versions de logiciels.


Ce que vous ferez

Développer et maintenir des relations de travail avec les clients, en comprenant leurs besoins et attentes spécifiques.

Organiser et gérer toutes les phases du projet pour assurer une réalisation dans les délais et le budget prévus.

Diriger les réunions de suivi de projet avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en rendant compte de l'avancement du projet, et préparer les rapports d'état du projet et les comptes rendus de réunion en temps opportun.

Planifier et superviser la préparation et la diffusion des communications du projet.

Élaborer des plans de projet, des objectifs et des budgets, et identifier les besoins en ressources.

Identifier les risques et les signaler le cas échéant.

Documenter correctement les changements de projet en suivant les procédures de contrôle des changements et en tenant un registre de contrôle des changements.

Répartir la charge de travail, gérer la charge de travail quotidienne et attribuer les tâches.

Mener des réunions de département hebdomadaires avec le personnel pour établir des objectifs hebdomadaires et mensuels.

Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires des gestionnaires, en abordant et en rendant compte des priorités hebdomadaires.

Soutenir et surveiller les déploiements et les versions, y compris les nuits et les week-ends.

Identifier les opportunités et recommander des solutions pour améliorer les processus commerciaux actuels.

Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées.


Qui nous recherchons

Vous avez un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de projet dans les secteurs de l'informatique, des services financiers ou de la FinTech, et vous détenez un diplôme universitaire ou supérieur.

Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion de projets de développement logiciel, idéalement axés sur les implémentations SaaS B2B, et vous démontrez une solide compréhension des cycles de vie de développement logiciel (SDLC) et des méthodologies.

Vous êtes proactif(ve), créatif(ve), collaboratif(ve), soucieux(se) du détail et prenez des initiatives, avec d'excellentes capacités multitâches.

Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, en organisation et en priorisation, et vous pouvez diriger des équipes pour respecter des délais serrés.

Vous pouvez analyser des situations complexes et ambiguës pour identifier des solutions efficaces, et penser de manière stratégique pour aligner les projets sur les objectifs commerciaux et clients à long terme.

Vous pouvez efficacement combler le fossé entre les parties prenantes techniques et commerciales et communiquer avec les clients internes et externes.

Vous pouvez travailler avec un minimum de supervision et fournir des conseils techniques.

Vous êtes prêt(e) à vous rendre sur les sites des clients en cas de besoin (ponctuellement) et êtes déterminé(e) à mener à bien les tâches.

About the role

We are looking for a client-facing Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and manage multiple existing client relationships simultaneously. This role involves, but is not limited to, overseeing the Software Development Lifecycle, technical project management, and managing client requests for software enhancements and releases.


What you’ll be doing

Develop and maintain working relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and expectations.

Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

Lead project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders, reporting on project progress, and prepare project status reports and meeting minutes in a timely manner.

Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

Develop project plans, goals, and budgets, and identify resource needs.

Identify risks and escalate them where appropriate.

Properly document project changes by following change control procedures and maintaining a change control log.

Allocate workload coverage, manage day-to-day workload, and assign tasks.

Conduct weekly department meetings with staff to establish weekly and monthly goals.

Participate in weekly managers' meetings, addressing and reporting on weekly priorities.

Support and monitor deployments and releases, including nights and weekends.

Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance or improve current business processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Who we're looking for

You have minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager within the IT, financial services, or FinTech industries, and hold a university degree or higher.

You have experience managing software development projects, ideally focused on B2B SaaS implementations, and demonstrate a strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies.

You are proactive, creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and take initiative, with excellent multitasking abilities.

You possess excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, and can lead teams to meet tight deadlines.

You can analyze complex and ambiguous situations to identify effective solutions, and think strategically to align projects with long-term business and client goals.

You can effectively bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders and communicate with internal and external clients.

You can work with minimal supervision and provide technical guidance.

You are willing to travel to client sites when needed (ad hoc basis), and are determined to complete tasks.

Experience managing projects within the Canadian mortgage industry, covering all aspects of the mortgage life cycle (nice-to-have).
