Network Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Sentinel is seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to support a key account based in Plano, Texas. In this role you will be supporting an enterprise level network consisting of Cisco and Aruba Routers and Switches, SAN switches and Big IP F5 load balancers. This role is customer facing so you will be representing Sentinel Technologies and its services daily with client stakeholders. This position can be remote but the candidate must within 2 hours to provide onsite support in Plano, TX.

Qualifications:
  • CCNA or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to support the Plano, Texas location in the event of emergency or special project
  • Ability to thoroughly support a Cisco and Aruba networking environment
  • Experience with load balancing
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
