Business Analyst

Note: This is an entry level role and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are only considered

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Salesforce administration, including managing user access, data integrity, and system updates, eventually become the only administrator for the Salesforce system.
  • Design and build reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights for the team.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports on time, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Assist in client contract reviews and updates within Salesforce, ensuring contracts are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Finance) to generate accurate and actionable reports from Salesforce.
  • Oversee the receipt and verification of documents from DocuSign, ensuring they are accurately matched to Salesforce opportunities and taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Utilize Smartsheet to facilitate coordination and communication across teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates.
  • Assist anyone who doesn’t have access to DocuSign to facilitate their documents via Docusign
  • Follow up on pending tasks
  • Highly motivated team player required to work within a small team environment with minimal supervision
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to grasp ideas and systems swiftly
  • Able to undertake R&D on Salesforce systems if & when required
  • Attention to detail, precise and persistent
