Job Description

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns designed to reach Executive personas. This role will be pivotal in building and executing campaign strategy.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and internal leadership. The candidate should have a proven track record of executing marketing campaigns and collaborating with internal C-level stakeholders. It’s expected for this role to be the subject matter expert of their campaign tactics and understand demand generation best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely within the marketing organization to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns for executive audiences.
  • Build relationships and work with Nexthink Executive leadership on speaking engagements, nurturing and other practices to run the Executive Programs.
  • Provide the field teams information on tactics and collect feedback on activity.  
  • Manage and monitor multiple campaign tactics simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results.
  • Apply KPI’s, analytics and insights to drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns/initiatives
  • Work with third-party vendors to execute and own tactics such as webinars, content syndication, direct mail campaigns, and more

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, Executive marketing program execution experience preferred
  • Proven success managing marketing campaigns and plans for high-growth, B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies
  • Familiarity and comfort with tools within the marketing stack (such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense, Pathfactory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with 3rd party vendors
  • Must be detail oriented

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills.
