What that means
We’re building a near future where people can get information out of imagery at scale without building their own ML models. Collaborating with users around the world, our AI research and products change how people monitor and protect our oceans.
Our core technology: Find Anything & Video Search. We make it possible to find anything in imagery/video, without needing labeled training data. A world first, pioneered in-house at OnDeck and published at the world’s most distinguished AI conference (NeurIPS).
What you’ll be doing
The challenge: We have a novel tool that can transform how millions of individuals and organizations use imagery & video. From biodiversity monitoring to defense, our technology unlocks a huge market that will be moving fast.
You will be:
Cultivating relationships with strategic partners across government and industry.
Sourcing & mapping opportunities, prioritizing with the team.
Designing GTM strategy with the CEO & CTO, and executing that strategy.
Customer acquisition & retention: Work closely with the team to drive customer acquisition while keeping customers happy.
Driving revenue growth: Lead efforts to meet & exceed growth targets by landing deals that drive revenue and increase customer lifetime value.
Securing blended financing with the CEO.
What you’ll accomplish:
Play a central role in growing a startup from Seed to Series A stage revenues.
Get enterprise & government to trust a new paradigm.
Learn a ton about how to grow AI/SaaS businesses.
Take on core responsibilities that will directly drive the outcomes of the business.
Minimum qualifications:
Technical background (at minimum familiar with how AI/ML works, technical degree is a plus)
Keen to work hard and learn a ton really fast.
Ability to tackle big, ambiguous challenges.
Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and relevant market dynamics, with the ability to communicate technical solutions in a business context.
Excellent communicator: you can communicate complex ideas with simple stories that resonate with the audience.
Preferred qualifications:
You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
Ex-founder or early-stage startup team member. Bonus points if you’ve been through Next/YC etc.
Talented writer.
An ability to build and maintain high-level business relationships.
Analytical mindset, with experience using data to make informed decisions.

Base salary of $55,000 - $75,000
