You will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic business development plans, identifying potential clients, and presenting tailored recruitment solutions that truly resonate with their needs. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and satisfaction. As you collaborate with internal teams, you'll ensure that our recruitment services are high-quality and aligned with business objectives. You will also stay ahead of industry trends to identify new business opportunities while preparing engaging presentations and proposals to win over prospective clients. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in business development or recruitment, excellent negotiation skills, and a self-motivated approach, we’d love to see your application.
