As our first Recruiter on-location in London, you’ll be responsible for GTM and G&A hiring across our EMEA roles with a specific focus on our London based roles. You’ll directly own all stakeholder relationships, play a key role in representing and developing our talent brand in London, and help grow our EMEA teams. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days in-person in our London office.
What you’ll do as a Recruiter, GTM & G&A - EMEA at Vanta:
Own hiring across GTM and G&A functions for our EMEA locations - source and close top talent across a variety of roles including Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and People
Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers
Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience
Be the subject-matter-expert for London hiring within the broader People team
Help build the Vanta talent brand in the London market
How to be successful in this role:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM related roles in EMEA
Strong track record of hiring across high volume roles in EMEA market, specifically in the United Kingdom
Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch
Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in EMEA
Diligent about tracking and digging into pipeline data to inform your recruiting strategies
