Nexus is expanding, and we’re seeking a G&A Sourcer to partner with our Talent & People team. This role will focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent for a range of positions. As a G&A Sourcer at Nexus, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our teams, maintaining high talent density, and ensuring a diverse and skilled pipeline. While initially contract-to-hire, these roles have the potential for conversion to full-time for exceptional contributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

  • Sourcing & Outreach: Actively source and engage candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, meetups, conferences, and personal networks) to build a pipeline of high-quality talent.

  • Candidate Experience: Create a positive and professional experience for candidates through consistent communication, timely feedback, and meaningful touchpoints throughout the process.

  • Data-Driven Hiring: Use metrics to track pipeline health, diversity, and time-to-hire, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to promote Nexus as a top workplace through social media, events, and other creative channels.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and candidate assessments to maintain a high bar for talent.

  • Onboarding Support: Ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles by coordinating with Talent & People teams on onboarding plans and activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth environments, whether at tech companies, startups, or staffing agencies.

  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, and others, with a proven ability to reach and engage hard-to-find technical talent.

  • Analytical mindset, able to track sourcing data and use it to influence sourcing strategies.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at forming relationships and presenting Nexus’s vision to a wide range of candidates.

  • Adaptable and proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement and growth in a dynamic, high-talent-density environment.

  • Preference for in-person collaboration at our San Francisco office but open to hybrid arrangements.
