Together, we move with agility, prioritize customer needs, and build unity through empathy, leaving a positive impact wherever we go.About the role:Our Senior Director, Global Marketing Operations will lead a team of ICs, and partner with senior leadership across Revenue, Sales, Finance and Data to support end-to-end design and execution of our Marketing motion.Your contribution will be:• You will own and tackle complex, unstructured problems, transforming them into actionable business insights and driving measurable outcomes.• Establish and operationalize structured, scalable, and repeatable processes across our GTM funnel• Partner closely with senior Sales leadership to develop and execute thoughtful and data-driven strategies to drive growth• Deliver data insights, reports, and dashboards critical to understanding performance and drive operational efficiency• Partner closely with the Data, Finance, and Sales Systems teams to build more robust and accurate tracking and measurement of key metrics and to better integrate and streamline our data, systems, and processes to allow for scalable and consistent reporting• Scale and mature our core operational processes, including campaign operations, funnel definition and process• Recommend and drive GTM optimization opportunities based on operational insights, while tracking and measuring their impact on performance and outcomesTo be successful, we think you need:• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Ops/Strategy/Growth roles• Proven track record of successfully orchestrating large-scale transformation projects• Experience and understanding of leading and supporting a global marketing team• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort with partnering closely with Executive Leadership• Previous experience with Salesforce and related sales tech stackWhat's in it for you?Our people work in the way that best suits them and their teams - whether at home, in an office, or another place that sparks creativity, focus, and collaboration.
