Executive Support Specialist - Legal/Compliance

NISC is looking for an Executive Support Specialist to assist their legal and executive teams in managing contracts and providing administrative support, ensuring high-quality service to their members and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contract templates and create routine agreements from standard templates
  • Manage lifecycle of NISC contracts with vendors and partners
  • Facilitate approval and execution of contracts
  • Compile information for required State and Federal filings
  • Prepare and maintain legal documents and records
  • Assist with Board documents and scheduling
  • Provide other Executive administrative support as needed
