Your best life awaits.Our Newest Opportunity:Regulatory Compliance Coordinator:Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):• Support functions in the compliance department including but not limited to:• Client reporting• Local and state licensing• ESAC accreditation reporting requirements• Manage licensing status• IRS 8793 requirements and tracking• Registered agent requests• Labor statistic reporting and updating SOPs• The coordinator will frequently use payroll databases to pull information, as well as other accreditation databases and extensive review of state guidelines about PEO operation.Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:• Strong attention to detail• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and responsive• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting, and exceeding deadlines• Strong ability to be resourceful; able to solve problemsEducation, Training and Experience:• 1+ years of regulatory compliance experience• Proficient in Microsoft Suite• Bachelor’s DegreeYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
