Responsibilities:
Sentinel is seeking a Network Operations Center Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premiere company and grow your career. You will be part of the operations in a 24X7 Network Operations Center, monitoring customers' production systems. You will be responsible for providing support to client operations; communicating via phone, e-mail, and ticketing systems with customers and technicians, and troubleshooting and escalating trouble tickets as needed. This position is Saturday - Monday 7pm to 7am.
This is a full time opportunity located in Downers Grove, IL with the ability to work remote with occasional onsite support in Downers Grove, IL.
Qualifications:
- CCNA required

Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7PM-7AM

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Must be able to work third shift

Must have strong typing skills, organizational skills and able to problem solve critical situations

Must have knowledge of routing protocols
