Sr. Product AnalystPayTrace- RemoteWhat you'll be doing:• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product usage, product issues, user behavior, and market trends. Utilize various data analysis techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Identify areas of improvement, potential bottlenecks, and growth opportunities to optimize product performance.• User Insights: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights into user preferences, pain points, and needs. Translate user feedback into actionable recommendations to inform product decision-making and prioritize feature development.• Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitor products and market trends to identify gaps, benchmark against industry standards, and propose innovative solutions. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices within the fintech sector.• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Present complex data in a clear and concise manner.• Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other internal and external stakeholders and vendors to understand product requirements, contribute to product roadmaps, and ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle.• A/B Testing and Experimentation: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of product changes and feature enhancements. Use findings to iterate and optimize product experiences for improved user satisfaction and business outcomes.• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of product analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability throughout analysis activities.• Mentor: Provide guidance to more junior members of the team, helping the team to excel and mature.What we need from you:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or related experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or business analytics are a plus.• Proven experience of 4+ years as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role, within the fintech or financial services industry.• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is desirable.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets, technical specifications, and identify actionable recommendations.• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experimental design principles.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Salary Range: $65,000- $99,000Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
