Company Description
Northslope provides premium Palantir Foundry & AIP development services for large enterprise customers. We solve our customers' most mission-critical problems with unmatched velocity, building end-to-end solutions that unlock enterprise-wide value. The Foundry platform was built to deliver outsized value on day one, and we ensure our customers can unlock its full potential, at speed.
At Northslope, we're built different. Traditional services companies are designed for years-long, cookie-cutter projects that stay the same day in and day out. We take pride in being more like a tech startup than a traditional services firm. We value velocity, ingenuity, and grit, and we relentlessly focus on delivering outcomes.
We also have fun. We work hard - on big problems, alongside sharp teammates who help us continuously grow. We offer full benefits and all the perks you'd expect of a modern tech startup.
Our Principles
Only Valuable Problems: Not every problem is worth solving. We work on projects that will significantly improve our customers' bottom lines.
Outcomes, Not Activity: We create value, not extract it. We focus on our business impact, not racking up billable hours.
Forward Deployed Engineering: We never build in a vacuum. We go to the heart of the problem and build alongside our users.
Expand the Possible: AIP & Foundry are powerful. We keep our eyes on the horizon to spot new opportunities for value on the platform.
Role Description
We are looking for a talented Hiring Coordinator to own coordination end-to-end, keep communication sharp and timely, and act as the operational engine that keeps our hiring efforts running smoothly and at pace. This is a high-impact role with lots of moving parts, requiring strong self-motivation, exceptional organization, and a natural bias toward action. You should be passionate about delivering candidate experiences that reflect the quality of the teams we are building, and will partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to drive positive hiring outcomes. As part of a lean, high-performing talent team, you will get exposure across the full recruiting lifecycle, help shape how we scale, and have room to grow quickly alongside the company.
What We Look For
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent coordination, executive support, or a fast-paced operational role
A genuine passion for hiring coordination and candidate experience
Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume scheduling with speed and thoughtfulness
You are detail-obsessed and organized
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and multitasking in an autonomous and ambiguous environment
Outcome and growth-oriented – you bias towards action, are eager to learn, improve processes, and contribute beyond your core responsibilities
Quick to learn and pick up new tools; experience with Ashby is a bonus
Northslope is committed to building a strong, diverse team. We believe teams with a diversity of lived experience, background, and perspectives create better outcomes for our customers and are just more enjoyable to be part of. We are committed to creating and living a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our work. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, disability, pregnancy, age, military status, marital status, genetic characteristics or information, gender, gender identity, gender variance, or sexual orientation.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
Northslope is on the lookout for a dynamic Hiring Coordinator to join our innovative team. As a Hiring Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our hiring processes and ensuring our candidates receive an exceptional experience that reflects the quality of our organization. At Northslope, we pride ourselves on being different from traditional services firms, emphasizing velocity, ingenuity, and outcomes over billable hours. Your role will involve coordinating complex scheduling logistics and maintaining clear, timely communication among recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. With 1-3 years of experience under your belt, you'll bring a genuine passion for hiring coordination and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure smooth operations. You'll enjoy the flexibility to navigate shifting priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. If you're eager to contribute to our mission-driven work that focuses on solving valuable problems for our clients while growing alongside a talented team, we’d love to hear from you. We celebrate diversity and inclusion in everything we do, and we're excited to find someone who shares our commitment to building strong, diverse teams that lead to better outcomes for everyone involved.
