Northwest Center is an ambitious, dynamic, and driven social enterprise organization that operates successful businesses to drive societal change. We are focused on our collective North—a world where all children have equitable access to education and the employment rate for people with disabilities is the same as the general population. Since its inception in 1965, Northwest Center has built and acquired a portfolio of commercial businesses to fuel our mission of disability inclusion and enable our journey North.
The Foundation & Corporate Giving Manager will work with Northwest Center leadership and programs to grow philanthropic support of our mission. Reporting to our Chief Development Officer, this role will have a dual focus on donor retention and growth, leading integrated strategies for corporate philanthropy and sponsorships, government grants, support from private foundations, and workplace giving campaigns.
Success in this role will require the people skills needed to advance collaborative relationships, attention to detail needed to craft winning proposals and adhere to reporting requirements, and the ability to thrive whether working independently or as part of a team.
