The Move Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless transitions for employees across workspaces within Amazon’s corporate campus. Our Move Coordinators work as the main point of contact for other partners supporting the move, the customers moving locations, and work to ensure communication remains smooth. This position requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient move experience.
Location: Seattle (South Lake Union + Queen Anne), Bellevue, Redmond
Starting Hour Rate: $29.19 per hour | Full Range $29.19 - $34.73 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week with flexibility to work Monday - Sunday between 7:30am-6pm

As a Move Coordinator at Northwest Center, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that employees transition smoothly between workspaces within Amazon’s corporate campus. This position is perfect for someone with exceptional customer service and organizational skills, as you will be the go-to person for both the customers moving locations and various partners supporting their move. Your days will be dynamic, filled with opportunities to assist employees before, during, and after their moves. You’ll monitor communication channels, like email and chat, to provide timely support and information, all while showcasing an in-depth understanding of the building’s amenities and workspace configurations. Beyond basic customer support, you’ll dive into the technical side of moves by utilizing industry-specific software to verify move lists, conduct quality control checks, and keep records accurate and up-to-date. If you enjoy working independently while still being part of a fantastic team, this role is made for you, as you'll collaborate closely with project management and other vendors to create a seamless moving experience.
