This is a weekender position - full or part time. 

RN must have at least 2 years' experience is area of specialty.

  • Adult ICU (Cardiac ICU/Neuro ICU/ Medical Surgical ICU)
  • Cardiac Intermediate
  • Care Coordination
  • Endoscopy Lab
  • Inpatient Adult Emergency Department
  • Inpatient Psychiatric
  • Interventional Laboratories
  • Labor & Delivery
  • Medical Oncology
  • Medical Surgical Intermediate
  • Mother Baby
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Neuro Intermediate
  • Pain / Bariatrics / Physician Treatment Center
  • Pediatric Emergency Department
  • Pediatric Intensive Care Unit / Pediatrics
  • Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
  • Pre-Admissions Testing
  • Resource Team / Float Pool

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
  • Basic Life Support
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Strong analytic abilities
  • Additional requirements for the Emergency Room:
    • ACLS
    • PALS/ENPC & TNCC within one year of hire
  • Additional requirements for the Pediatric Emergency Room:
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support
    • TNCC within one year of hire

Preferred:

  • Experience in specific clinical area
  • Additional preferences for the Emergency Room and the Pediatric Emergency Room:
    • Trauma Nurse Specialist (TNS)
    • Emergency Communications Registered Nurse
    • Certified Pediatric Nurse
    • Certified Emergency Nurse
