Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of AI Platform Delivery to lead our AI Platform Architects & Integrations team in delivering cutting-edge automation solutions tailored for healthcare. This role is critical in building operational excellence, standardizing delivery practices, and enhancing strategic capabilities across the teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managed services and healthcare management, along with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams. Exceptional communication skills for executive engagement and the ability to navigate complex relationships with a blend of technical and business acumen are essential. The role involves understanding and operationalizing capacity management for team resources, focusing on the profitability and financial performance of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI Platform Architects and Integrations specialists, emphasizing skill-building, growth, and elevated operational capabilities.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teams.
Operational Excellence:
Establish and refine scalable processes, tools, and metrics to drive efficient and data-driven platform delivery operations across AI and integrations.
Implement best practices in project management, ensuring timely completion of projects with defined outcomes.
Capacity Management & P&L Oversight:
Develop and operationalize capacity management strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve team efficiency.
Monitor project P&L, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with both customer objectives and financial performance targets.
Integrations Oversight:
Oversee the integrations team, focusing on HL7, API, and Web RPA systems access, ensuring seamless integration of Notable’s solutions with customers' technology platforms.
Collaborate with customers to understand their integration needs and ensure that solutions meet their technical specifications and business goals.
Customer Engagement:
Act as a key escalation point for complex stakeholder issues, guiding the teams in delivering effective and timely resolutions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare customers, providing strategic guidance and best practices for platform usage and integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance the overall customer experience and inform product improvements.
Share insights derived from customer engagement to inform the roadmap for platform enhancements and innovation.
Strategic Oversight:
Oversee project plans and customer progress, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and organizational goals.
Drive accountability for successful project deployments, working collaboratively with teams to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in technology delivery or a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven success in building and leading teams focused on AI, automation, or enterprise software delivery, particularly within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of managed care and healthcare management principles.
Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Proven expertise in capacity management and operationalizing resource allocation for project delivery, with a focus on financial performance and P&L management.
Technical proficiency in AI frameworks, automation tools, and relevant health system technologies (EHRs, CRMs) is highly desirable.
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to advise on solutions that enhance customer outcomes through effective technical delivery.
