Notion is looking for a Senior UX Writer to establish a new practice, craft clear and consistent language across all products, and collaborate with designers to enhance the user experience.

Skills

6+ years of experience as a UX Writer
Excellent command of English in consumer and technical contexts
Strong collaboration skills with product designers
Experience in management and practitioner roles
Ability to bring clarity to complex products
Awareness of brand voice and product design
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Open to feedback and diverse stakeholder input

Responsibilities

Establish a practice of UX Writing at Notion
Maintain high-quality language standards across products
Collaborate with designers on new product designs
Audit and propose improvements for existing products
Document and maintain norms and standards for UX writing
Lead and develop a thriving UX writing practice and team
