Sourcing Specialist (Part-time or Full-time)

We’re looking for an ambitious Technical Sourcer to help us scale world-class hiring. This is a fully remote, ultra-flexible role (you can have a full-time job, side projects, or other commitments and it can still work for us). We care about results, not hours logged.

Why This Role is For You
  • No rigid schedules: work when and how you work best.
  • No micromanaging: we trust you to get it done.
  • Ambitious and fast-moving environment: work with people who challenge and inspire you.
  • Endless growth opportunities: prove yourself and take on more ownership.

Why You're the Perfect Candidate
  • Highly ambitious: self-motivated, and high horse power.  Doesn’t require management to be successful.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following within SaaS: Engineering, Product, or Design sourcing. Bonus points if you’ve done IC + Exec or any non-tech sourcing.
  • Tech-forward approach: you use AI daily, if not hourly, you’re creative and use technology to find the best talent.
  • A hunter’s mindset: you live for deep sourcing, Boolean mastery, and finding the impossible.  You never give up.
  • A strategic thinker: you don’t just execute; you refine, optimize, and scale processes.

If you want to work with a small, high-caliber team that gives you autonomy and flexibility while pushing you to be your best, apply today.  If you’re the right person, we’ll make it work. Let’s build something great together. 🚀
