Novel is excited to announce an opening for a Business Development Manager (Portuguese/Spanish) who will be pivotal in driving growth across Portugal and Spain. This full-remote role is perfect for an experienced, results-driven professional with a robust grasp of the B2B sales landscape in these vibrant markets. In this position, you will identify and qualify potential clients through various outreach channels, initiating meaningful conversations to present tailored solutions. You'll leverage your market knowledge to convey the value of our services, crafting impactful presentations that resonate with potential clients. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships will be key, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout the sales cycle. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll assist in closing deals, which will involve creating proposals, negotiating terms, and addressing client inquiries promptly. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities within Portugal and Spain will further enable you to inform and sharpen our sales strategies. To excel, you should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field, alongside 3+ years of experience in New Client Acquisition or Business Development, preferably in IT Services or Staffing/Consulting. Being fluent in English and having strong communication skills, along with proficiency in CRM tools and a background in navigating business practices in these countries, is essential.
