Novel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (full-remote) to drive growth across Portugal and Spain. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients across Portugal and Spain through various outreach channels.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our services and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase our solutions and their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
  • Work with internal teams to close deals, including creating proposals, negotiating terms, and handling client inquiries.

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
