What We are looking for

As a Performance Marketing Specialist in Novibet, your primary mission is to oversee and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Platform, and other relevant channels. Your responsibilities span from conducting comprehensive keyword research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. Through meticulous monitoring, you will generate regular reports, ensuring key performance metrics are tracked and insights are communicated effectively. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will align PPC strategies with overarching marketing goals and coordinate with other departments for integrated campaigns. Staying abreast of industry trends and competitors' strategies, you contribute valuable insights to enhance campaign performance.

What you will work on

• Monitor PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Platform and other relevant channels
• Conduct keyword research and selection for optimal campaign performance
• Develop compelling and targeted ad copies
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities
• Generate regular reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key KPIs and outcomes
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights and performance metrics to the broader team
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies
• Manage Google Tag Manager accounts to ensure seamless integration with our web properties
• Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insights
• Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated marketing campaigns

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of previous experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager); Certification in relevant advertising platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis tool (e.g. Excel, Looker)
• Skills in creating data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends
• Adept at A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Attention to detail and experience recording data across multiple sources
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies
