Job DescriptionNSF is looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager II to join their amazing team. The Account Manager II will serve as the main point of contact for the client. The successful candidate must have the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and great customer service experience. Experience in Automotive industry, Prior certification experience, preferably in the Aerospace industry is a plus.Responsibilities• Manage accounts with medium impact and / or complexity• Provides customer education / consultation on standards, regulations, or audit process• Identifies and provides input to process improvement opportunitiesQualifications• Bachelor degree Minimum of 1-5 years of experience experience• Prior experience in a customer-facing role• Manage customer accounts.• Comfortable with Microsoft office tools• Ability to mentor others• Great attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)• Experience with IATF and AS standards is a plusPreferred Qualification• 5 years Certification body experianceAbout UsNSF is a growing global public health and safety organization.
