What you’ll be doing:
Primary owner for configuring and managing multiple widely-used Jira and Confluence projects.
Help software teams optimize ways of working and productivity in these tools.
Day to day responsibilities include working on all types of production support activities for Jira and Confluence, answering help requests, updating project configurations, troubleshooting, and working on improvement projects for workflow and usability.
Setup new projects and manage existing projects.
Find new solutions for team-specific workflow problems.
Develop reports and dashboards to visualize work.
Train new users and improve Jira proficiency for all users.
This is a user-facing operational role, and does not include IT infrastructure management.
The application environment is mixed and primarily based on Microsoft technologies.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Atlassian certifications in Jira and/or Confluence.
At least 5 years of experience administrating Jira and Confluence for software development, devops, and SRE teams.
Familiarity with Java programming language.
Collaborative and transparent working style.
Experience managing agile projects in Jira, including Kanban and scrum.
Expertise in optimizing Jira and Confluence workflows for software engineering productivity and in alignment with business goals.

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
