NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a hardware Technical Program Manager to be a vital member of the silicon productization team.
What you’ll be doing:
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for ensuring we plan and productize the highly complex silicon programs on schedule. You will be working closely with development managers, engineers in SSG and cross-functional partners in system, software, operations and marketing to lead key programs.
Development and management of project schedules and deliverables, along with managing the associated tasks and dependencies to ensure we are on track for the program milestones
Manage and track Silicon/Boards/Systems demand and supply for silicon bring-up and validation working closely with engineering operations
Drive milestone readiness reviews partnering closely with the project chip lead
Participate in key design reviews and manage scope changes efficiently
Be the voice of the team in broader cross-functional project milestone alignment and go-to-market meeting
Manage risks and dependencies and escalate to leadership in a timely manner
Provide status updates and communicate issues internally providing recommendations as a key part of the team to help with tough trade-offs
Track program management metrics and drive continuous improvement to processes.
What we need to see:
Bachelor of Science (Master’s preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
6+ years of proven ability in program management and working with global teams
Technical knowledge of datacenter and/or consumer electronics design and key interfaces
Proven experience in GPU, CPU or SoC Bring Up, Validation and Productization
Ability to understand the product lifecycle and system integration challenges at the intersection of Silicon/System/Softwar
Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful
Proficiency to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements
Proficiency in project management software as well as reporting models, tools, dashboards and metrics
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
Exceptional communication and organizational skills

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
