As a Business Development Senior Specialist, you will advise employees and service area leadership on specific business development strategies to position the firm to be excellent at winning and closing work, by utilizing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise regarding a specific area of business development. In addition, you will lead outbound client capture and intelligence gathering activities related to key targets and initiatives, grow select accounts and key relationships, improve the firm’s brand positioning, and assist technical teams in client introductions and positioning.

Typical salary range for this position is $138,000 - 190,000, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
