The Opportunity - Associate, Paid Search 

The Paid Search Associate will provide essential support to the search team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to day-to-day account management tasks. 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of search marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.  

A strong analytical mind is essential for this role, as the candidate will need to analyze data and identify trends to optimize campaign performance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Microsoft Excel and crunching data is a large part of this role, and much of the day-to-day consists of working on your computer within Excel spreadsheets, so be aware of this if you are not partial to computer work 
  • Assist in keyword research and development 
  • Actualize previous month’s activity, ensure engine insertion orders are updated and correct, and future months are flighted accurately 
  • Conduct search query analysis to identify optimization opportunities 
  • Monitor account performance and budget pacing 
  • Support the team with test implementation and ad hoc analysis 
  • Contribute to reporting and data entry tasks 
  • Act as a quality assurance check for the account and excel workbooks 

Qualifications: 

  • Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience 
  • 0+ year work experience, could be an internship or part time role 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software, most importantly excel 
  • Adaptability to technological advancements 
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new software and tools 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically 
  • A results-driven professional with a passion for learning and a desire to success in a fast-paced agency setting 
  • Actively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop new skills 
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and contributes to a positive team dynamic 
  • Strong communication and organization skills 
  • Loves to experiment and investigate

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range
$45,000$45,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
