Customer Success Architect - Consent & Preferences
OneTrust is looking for a passionate technical expert with significant industry experience to join as a Customer Success Architect in the Consent & Preferences domain within Privacy/GRC/Compliance product portfolio.
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in privacy and security consulting
- In-depth knowledge of OneTrust products
- Technical skills in cloud architecture and database management
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
Responsibilities
- Establish Trusted Advisor status with senior business and technology leaders
- Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents
- Lead strategic workshops and develop high-level solution recommendations
- Deliver thought leadership through various channels
- Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps with business goals
- Translate strategic needs into practical technology-driven solutions
- Engage with customers to build relationships and ensure success
- Mentor team members and customers to enhance their skills
- Establish structured feedback loops with customers
- Manage multiple strategic engagements simultaneously
Education
- Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US, CIPT, FIP, GRCP, GRCA, CRISC, or CTPRP
