Senior UX Designer - job 2 of 2
OneTrust is seeking a UX Senior Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prioritize customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project goals incorporating design direction
- Gather user feedback to understand perspectives, behaviors, and goals
- Build end-to-end lovable experiences for customers
- Meet with design team to discuss and define patterns and research practices
- Craft thoughtful UX writing to support design solutions
- Conduct independent research to understand customer needs
- Mentor staff and advocate for UX processes across stakeholder touchpoints
