This role focuses on creating engaging e-learning content, including microlearning modules, on-demand courses, videos, and interactive activities, to help customers fully utilize OpenGov’s 5+ product suites. The goal is to drive awareness and adoption, empowering customers to modernize and enhance their operations through effective learning experiences.
