Federal Account Manager – VAR & MSP Partnerships

OpenTeams is looking for a Federal Account Manager to enhance AI and open-source adoption within federal agencies through VAR and MSP partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a federal account strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and enable strategic VAR and MSP partners.
  • Manage relationships with federal customers.
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor federal market trends and partner performance.
  • Drive pipeline growth and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements.
  • Be the main point of contact for VARs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
