The Operations Analyst is a dynamic role giving the analyst insight into mortgage operations management and fulfillment and capacity planning and modeling. In this role, a successful candidate will develop a career path and continued professional growth.
What we are looking for:
Responsibilities

Gather requirements for new Auto Data Extraction (ADE) implementation

Work with various teams and departments to improve efficiencies and various other needs

Coordinate new ADE releases with applicable departments

Establish standards and guidelines for vendors, monitoring them to ensure policies are being followed

Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and provide direction

Monitor vendors’ SLA, quality, and pipelines, while providing applicable reporting, making sure contract terms are fulfilled and mitigating vendor risk

Address reporting needs by developing new reports and reviewing existing reports
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field

Strong background in Excel is preferred, including ability to summarize data via formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.

Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with various groups within the company as well as various external business partners both verbally and in writing.

Demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and adhere to firm deadlines is critical.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Compensation Information
Hourly range for new hires is generally $22.00 – $28.00. Hourly amount reflects Westlake Village, CA, salary is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
