Pharmachem Laboratories Utah, LLC
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Must ensure the safety and cleanliness of all warehouse facilities according to GMP standards.

Must have knowledge of the location and use of Material Safety Data Sheets.

Must understand and comply with current GMPs and company safety policies.
-
Must be able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
-
Must be able to work well with others and create a positive work environment.
-
Must be able to work efficiently, effectively, and safely.
-
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
-
Must understand the proper procedures for packaging of finished materials.
-
Must be able to identify materials by description, item number, lot number.
-
Must understand the procedures for proper handling of allergens, organic, and gluten-free materials to prevent cross-contamination.
-
Ensures the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments.
-
Operates forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe and professional manner.
-
Pre-weighs and stages raw materials for production.
-
Performs other tasks as needed.
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

High School Diploma.

Forklift Certified Preferred
