Credit Reporting Analyst
OppFi is looking for a Credit Reporting Analyst to join their Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in reviewing sensitive information. They should be detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and possess decision-making skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Resolve indirect and direct credit reporting disputes
- Collaborate with various teams to determine root cause of disputes
- Work with credit bureaus to ensure information is accurate
- Communicate with other departments to address customer concerns
