Credit Reporting Analyst

OppFi is looking for a Credit Reporting Analyst to join their Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in reviewing sensitive information. They should be detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and possess decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Resolve indirect and direct credit reporting disputes
Collaborate with various teams to determine root cause of disputes
Work with credit bureaus to ensure information is accurate
Communicate with other departments to address customer concerns
