What We Are Looking For

The Order Management Associate handles the maintenance of distributor orders in the order management system. In addition, they handle electronic inquiries, pre-order booking and inquiries after order booking.

What You Will Do

Receive purchase orders from distributors or other Panduit approved purchasers and enter orders into order management system
Handle reprint of documents, price, and availability requests from distributors
Assist with discrepancies for electronic order resolution
Provide follow-up on orders to ensure that shipment is delivered per agreed upon terms (time, quality, price, and logistics, etc.)
Provide support and solutions to resolve delays in delivery, price discrepancies, part number changes, etc.
Process additional transactions such as expedites, documents, reprints, creation of certificates, and other inquiries.

What You Will Bring

Required Education: High school degree or GED equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
CRM experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with management
