Job Summary:The successful candidate will work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure efficient coordination of services for healthcare provider (HCP) customers. They will be the principal contact and will need to possess an extensive and varied skillset, with the ability to address complex on-label information based on approved content.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• One way that companies can improve product access in local markets is by partnering with payors to negotiate more favorable coverage terms• Providing on-label information promptly and accurately demonstrates the manufacturer's commitment to meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring the safety and efficacy of their products• Published expert opinions can be used to guide treatment decisions in complex cases. These opinions can provide valuable insights into the latest research and clinical practices and can help healthcare professionals make informed decisions about patient care• The efficiency to effectively link healthcare providers with available CSSs immediately as questions crop up• Digital tools have revolutionized customer engagement and made it an essential part of contemporary business operations. Clients can be contacted through a variety of platforms, directed to the CSS if needed, and followed up to close the loop on requests and assess the quality of the engagement received• Successful thought leaders know that growth and progress come from meaningful discourse. Organizing speaker programs and local provider group discussions can help to create a platform for these conversations and elevate the industry• By leveraging customer insights and collaborating with the ecosystem team, organizations can stay ahead of the competition and drive sustainable growthQualification:• The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in pharmaceutical or medical device sales for a minimum of two years• It is necessary to live within a feasible commuting distance of 50 miles from the principal city in the sales area• Candidates who wish to be considered for this position must have experience working in a cross-functional capacity within the commercial life sciences sector, including but not limited to pharma or biotech, or a related industry where they have dealt with key healthcare players like payers and health systems• The position requires a skilled sales professional with at least four years of experience working with HCPs and a deep understanding of the complexities associated with navigating the healthcare system.
