Staff Business Systems Analyst, CRM - job 1 of 2

At Oura, our mission is to empower every person to own their inner potential. With our award-winning Oura Ring and app, we help over 2.5 million people turn insights about sleep, activity, and readiness into healthier, more balanced lives. We believe that starts from within — by creating a culture where our team feels supported, included, and inspired to do their best work. Our values guide how we show up for each other and our community every day.

We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.

The Role

We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst, CRM to join our IT Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology team. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on advancing the systems that power our B2B Commercial teams — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

In this role, you’ll lead the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that optimize our go-to-market systems, with a primary focus on CRM. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve user experience, and ensure our technology stack supports scalable growth.

This is a key role in shaping how we connect our business strategy to systems execution. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of go-to-market processes and experience designing solutions in CRM systems. If you thrive in a high-growth, collaborative environment and are passionate about enabling go-to-market teams — we’d love to meet you.

What you will do:

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Revenue Operations, translating business needs into clear, scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM, as well as the broader GTM systems landscape.
  • Lead complex CRM initiatives with minimal oversight, from problem framing to rollout, aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams.
  • Support change management efforts with cross functional partners for successful adoption of technologies and capabilities by end users.

This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in PST.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

    • 7+ years of experience managing CRM platforms in an IT or Business Systems environment, ideally supporting B2B revenue teams.
    • Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, renewals, quoting, and quote-to-cash workflows.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system challenges.
    • Hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM is required.

Nice to have:

    • Experience in regulated industries such as wearables, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
    • Familiarity with automation or integration platforms such as Workato.

At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. Everyone here at Oura has a ring of their own and we are continually looking to improve employee health and add to our benefits!

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity packages
  • Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources
  • An Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family
  • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off
  • Paid sick leave and parental leave
  • Amazing culture of collaborative and passionate coworkers

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1: $149,000 -$186,000
  • Region 2: $138,000- $172,000
  • Region 3: $128,000 - $160,000

A recruiter can determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.
