Summary: Odyssey House is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, recognized as the best mental health and addiction treatment program in Utah. As a committed PNR Outpatient Therapist, you’ll provide individualized therapy to our clients, guiding them through their treatment until completion. You'll be granted the ability to manage your client base according to your own schedule and capacity, in-person or virtually, based on the convenience of you and the client. Core Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose clients, develop a treatment plan addressing their unique needs, establish rapport by facilitating individual therapy, and accomplish all documentation of treatment in a timely manner. Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss the progress of clients. You decide the number of clients you can manage, and meet with them on a mutually agreed upon schedule either in-person or virtually until completion of treatment.
Hours and Location: You have complete flexibility over your working hours and location. You can choose to work remotely, in person, or a combination of both, up to 25 hours per week.
Compensation: Starting at $28 - $32 per hour (Negotiable based upon education and experience)
