Principal, Product and Business Operations

The Role


As a Principal TPM, Product Strategy and Business Operations you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of product across our business units. You will be responsible for driving product operations across all business units within product and engineering in close concert with cross-functional teams by aligning technical strategies with business goals and ensuring timely and efficient product launches while building scalable and streamlined processes.


Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and PDE leadership to define release scope/payload, objectives, and requirements
  • Develop detailed analysis to inform product strategy
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
  • Understand the technical aspects of the projects, including engineering principles, methodologies, and technologies
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication and alignment with stakeholders


Our Vision of You
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in product operations
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in product analytics and building business cases for product launches
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills


Bonus if you have
  • Product Operations and Strategy within a SaaS environment
  • Business Analytics experience (forecasting and revenue operations)
  • Product partnership business evaluations experience


The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$210,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
