Digital Project Manager, Remote

As a Digital Project Manager at Outspoken Media, you will play a critical role in managing projects, tasks, and internal team workflows. You will ensure that projects stay on track, team members have the resources they need, and priorities are effectively communicated and organized. This position focuses on technical project management, ensuring smooth operations of organic marketing campaigns while supporting technical and organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and technical acumen related to websites and project management tools. This role is both internal and client-facing and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success.

Apply if you are passionate about project management, technical problem-solving, and team coordination—even if you don’t meet 100% of the listed requirements. If you excel at organizing tasks digitally, simplifying complex workflows, finding solutions to challenges, and facilitating team success, this role could be a great fit for you. Success in our agency requires a mix of hard and soft skills, and we’re looking for someone eager to contribute to a collaborative, communicative, and highly effective team.

This position is remote

What to expect as the Digital Project Manager:

  • How you’ll be managed = 1:1s w/Supervisor; bi-annual or quarterly performance reviews; career development; onboarding; personalized training; continuous feedback, coaching and recognition.
