Senior Project Manager

Teramind is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. At this role, you will be working closely with the CEO of the company, and you will be leading complex technical and non-technical projects, ensuring successful delivery of all projects in a timely manner and within scope and budget. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering etc, as well as other stakeholders and keeping an open and effective communication with them. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the projects, monitor the progress, set deadlines, allocate resources and distribute tasks across the relevant teams.

You will bring value to the company by leveraging your skills to proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop strategies to ensure projects remain on track and address challenges promptly. Your attention to detail will help us make sure that our deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with company expectations.

  • You'll bring at least 5 years of Project manager experience, managing technical, non-technical and operations projects and proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • You have experience with Jira
  • You possess strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the right methodology depending on the project.
  • You're a master communicator with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • You have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • You possess leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
