Technical Customer Success Specialist (Evening Shift)

You will be in charge of providing our clients, who include several Fortune 500 organizations, an outstanding customer experience, guiding them through various processes, and guaranteeing effective teamwork. Your day-to-day:
  • Be the main point of contact between the company and B2B customers;
  • Collect relevant information from our users and internal databases and verify it;
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing ongoing, proactive support throughout the customer life cycle;
  • Respond to queries in a quick and professional way as well as fully delve into all situations and perform all necessary actions to solve an issue;
  • Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic;
  • Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through online chat and email.


Your skills & experience:
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles;
  • Ability to work full-time during the evening shift (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM) in a hybrid working model;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Quick reaction and concentration, empathy and love for helping people;
  • Motivated, ambitious, self-learner, independent;
  • Tech-savvy personality and problem-solver attitude.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with Proxies/VPNs or similar products.

Salary:
  • Gross salary: 1200 - 1700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
