Job Description

What is next in your career?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Alliances Manager to take ownership of our strategic innovation partnerships. This role is pivotal to driving our growth strategy by maximizing the value and impact of these alliances. Acting as the key bridge between our organization and our partners, you will manage the day-to-day relationship, contribute to the strategic direction of the partnership, and advocate for the partnership internally to ensure alignment, collaboration, and growth.

You will play a central role in building and shaping the success of our priority innovation partnerships. You’ll work closely with a passionate, innovative, and supportive team while having the unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our partnerships strategy and grow alongside the organisation.

This role will report into the Partner, Head of Partnerships & Alliances and sits within PA’s Alliances, Products and Platforms (APP) group.


You will have opportunity to:

You will play a critical role in shaping the success of our partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day partnership and owning the partnership business plan and strategy.
  • Working across PA’s Go-To-Market and Capability groups to bring the right partnership propositions to the market.
  • Responsible for managing sales with all aspects of pipeline generation/management and reporting.
  • Being a thought leader and internal and external champion for the partnership and the value it brings to the market.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience working within a fast-paced multi-disciplinary digital environment.
  • You will have proven experience of building successful partnerships, blending capabilities to deliver new service lines and value to the market.
  • You’re obsessed with finding solutions to client problems, are commercially savvy and know how to shape a deal.
  • You’re a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial streak – able to prioritize your time effectively and build relationships.
  • You have experience in the AI, Data, Technology market.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • You must be data driven.
  • You have strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • You’re a strong strategic thinker.
