Packaging Associate

Apply to join our team at the Mars North American facility in Waco, TX! We are hiring hard-working individuals to package and help produce the best candy around. This opportunity is available for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift:


  • 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, (Mon-Sun) $14.00-14.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, (Mon-Sun) $14.50-15.00/hr
  • 3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am, (Mon-Sun) $15.00-15.50/hr

Duties:

As a Packaging Associate, you will be working directly with our product. You'll have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and each department will be responsible for getting new products ready for shipment.

Position Requirements:

These are standard, entry-level positions with no rotation required. To join our team, you must be able to meet the below requirements:

  • Stand for the duration of an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel repetitively, and climb stairs multiple times during shift.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $14.00 - $15.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
