**This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be Chicago-based and willing to attend the office two days per week.**

What it's like to work on the Revenue Operations team?


The Revenue Operations team at Packback is within the Finance & Operations division, led by our CFO. We are a high-performing and highly efficient team that strives in our ever-changing environment. We strive to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and accept nothing but exceptional performance as a result. As a small team, each individual is expected to contribute to building a world-class operations and analytics function through continuous improvement and to take ownership of the team's performance and success.


How will you add value to the team? 


You will be a key member of the broader revenue organization (new sales, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell), and will directly support the success of our revenue teams. 


You will be responsible for the following: 


  • Provide insight & awareness through data:
  • Build & manage reporting on core KPIs and revenue goals through clear, accessible visuals and tracking materials


  • Develop and execute on reporting cadence for the revenue team, including but not limited to maintaining rep dashboards, pipeline analysis, and productivity metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, pipeline volume, sales cycle duration, and to increase cross sell and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with revenue leaders in solving interesting, open-ended problems to improve revenue growth


  • Ensure compliance towards processes, which in turn will drive success towards the team’s objectives, and key results


  • Support revenue team members and leaders with their requests, questions, and enable them to find these answers autonomously


  • Collaborate with finance and revenue leaders in the development and optimization of territory and comp design to maximize revenue potential

What you bring to the table: 


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue analysis, or similar roles


  • Experience with a B2B SaaS model is preferred This includes understanding of the common sales process and key performance metrics
  • Strong work ethic, a “do whatever it takes” attitude with excellent attention to detail


  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), confident in speaking with GTM leaders and C-suite leadership


  • Strong critical thinking skills; an ability to ask insightful questions to uncover key information and drive strategic decision-making


  • Data-driven; well-versed in analyzing metrics and synthesizing them into clear, actionable insights


  • A passion for teamwork and pushing others towards their goals


  • Agile and adaptable to changing circumstances or requirements.


  • High level of accountability; can manage multiple projects, workflows, and competing priorities


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets


  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, SQL, Google BigQuery is a plus


  • Be a lifelong learner - be willing to provide and receive feedback from team members on a regular basis, in a shared effort of furthering our personal and team growth

The pay range for this role is:

73,000 - 95,000 USD per year, with a 10% annual bonus (Chicago Office)
